The Town of Breckenridge is excited to announce the implementation of an innovative smart parking system. Solar powered, wireless parking pay stations are being installed. Patrons can pay with credit cards at the pay station or on their smart phone without ever having to visit a pay station.

- Improved guest (visitor and local) experience – fast, efficient parking by creating availability
- Reduced traffic congestion – less vehicle circling while looking for parking
- No time limits
- Add time on your phone with the easy to use parking app – no need to rush back to your car
- Increased retail revenue for businesses by promoting turnover
- Encourages alternative transit options (free transit, biking, walking, shared rides)
- Revenue will be used to introduce new technologies to help improve transit and parking resulting in further congestion relief
- Easy, self managed validation options for businesses.
Hours and Rates:
- Monday thru Thursday Nonpeak rates
- Friday thru Sunday Peak rates
- Rates on Main Street will be higher than other locations
- The first fifteen minutes are FREE (license plate registration still required) and the first hour is $.50. The rate increases each hour thereafter
You can pay at any of the kiosks.
1. Press start button on keypad to begin
2. Enter license plate number (We recommend taking a picture of your license plate)
3. Insert credit card and follow on screen instructions
4. Press green button to complete transaction
5. Retain receipt for proof of purchase (no need to display in vehicle)

1. Visit www.ppprk.com in your web browser or download the Passport Parking app (Apple/Android)
2. Register
3. Select your location
4. Choose your vehicle
5. Choose your duration
6. Confirm payment
7. Enjoy the freedom of extending your parking from anywhere!
Bottom line: You now have to pay to park in the downtown area of Breckenridge. You can do it with a credit card at the kiosks. Or you can make things a bit easier for yourself by getting the Passport Parking App and get registered for parking.
