The purpose of the Warrior’s Mark Association:

The Warrior’s Mark Association (WMA) is an oversight group of members who live in or own property in Warrior’s Mark and Warrior’s Mark West.  The association maintains the open space owned by the association as an asset for our community.  The association’s Board of Directors and Officers also advocate for neighborhood services and resources.  Please review the association’s “Articles of Incorporation” and “Bylaws” located under the “Association Documents” tab of this website.

Membership in the association is voluntary.  Membership fees are used to maintain the open space area and other related expenses.  Please review the annual financial statements also located under the “Association Documents” tab of this website.

The Warrior’s Mark Association does not employ any staff.  The Board of Directors is appointed by the association membership and are all volunteers.  Officers of the Association are appointed by the Board of Directors and are also volunteers.  Board Members and Officers receive no compensation.

The Warrior’s Mark Association is not incorporated as a “Home Owners Association” and is not authorized to enforce any rules and/or regulations that may (or may not be) in place for individual properties or local Associations.

WMA Board Meetings are twice a year and as necessary.

Everyone is welcome to attend. Ask a board member for the time and location a few days before each meeting, as the location is usually determined only one week in advance.
